Most Project-Philly board positions are selected by a committee of singing members, volunteers, etc. and headed by the Executive Director. All information on board vacancies will be posted here on this page.

| Session Delegate (spring) | application | 6 Jan. 2012 | The Session Delegate is elected by the active general membership of the currently operating Division at the beginning of each Session to sit on the Executive Board for the duration of that Session. The Session Delegate represents the voice and interests of the membership on the Executive Board. The Session Delegate is the direct point-of-contact for the membership with any interests not specifically associated with a Departmental Head. The Session Delegate serves as a liaison between the Executive Board and the active membership. The Session Delegate votes on all Executive Board issues. |
